1. Resilience of soil microbial communities to petroleum hydrocarbon contamination.
2. Depth-dependent patterns of archaeal, bacterial and fungal communities in petroleum-hydrocarbon contaminated soils.
3. Culture-dependent characterization of the soil bacterial communities inhabiting PG&E Shell Pond, a multicontaminated waste management unit situated in San Francisco Bay area.
